Shipping policy

We do our best to get your packages sent out in a timely manor. For items we keep in-stock, we offer same day OR next business day shipping Monday-Saturday excluding bank holidays. The earlier in the day you order, the chances are higher that it will be sent out same day.

Our website will notify you if you are purchasing an item that is not kept in-stock and therefore will take us 3-5 business days (5-7 days) before we are able to ship it.

Our website will also notify you via a banner or pop-up if our warehouse is closing for any period of time that will affect our normal shipping schedule.

IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Although we do our best to help and assist you after your purchase, we unfortunately have no control over your order once the shipping carrier is in possession of the package. We can only see the same information provided to you by the shipping carrier.

The USPS is not always a reliable shipping service. They do NOT guarantee their delivery times. We HIGHLY recommend opting to use FedEx for all deliveries that you need by a specific date.

We cannot be held liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after we have left the package in the possession of the shipping carrier. As mentioned before, we have no control over what the shipping carrier does after it leaves our possession. If the shipping carrier looses or delays your package, we cannot replace or refund the order. You must file a claim with the shipping carrier you used.
